Nestled on a private street among pine and oak trees, The Bradford is designed to promote serenity, healing, and industriousness for those living with memory impairment, including Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
The Bradford Memory Care supports the function and independent lifestyle of those needing assistance with activities of daily living, such as medication management, dietary/nutritional support, and personal care such as bathing and grooming. This commitment to our residents includes employing clinical and leadership teams that have previously worked with the memory impaired population. This includes Certified Dementia Practitioners, credentialed through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
